Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Level 7. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and use of our website located at https://www.l7level7.com.

By placing an order with Level 7, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Review & Confirmation

All orders are subject to manual review and confirmation prior to processing.
Level 7 reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, availability, or logistical considerations.

Orders are not considered finalized until confirmed by Level 7.

2. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

• ACH Bank Transfer (1% processing fee)
• Zelle (approved transactions)
• Certified funds (cashier’s check)
• Approved deposit arrangements

Equipment will not be released until funds have fully cleared.

3. Deposits

Certain system packages and large equipment orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure inventory.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the time of warehouse pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warehouse Pickup & Delivery

Most equipment is fulfilled via warehouse pickup in Southern, California.
Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Delivery services may be available upon request and will be quoted separately.

Level 7 is not responsible for transportation once equipment leaves the warehouse unless delivery services were contracted.

5. Shipping & Freight

Shipping services may be arranged upon customer request.

All shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the equipment leaves the warehouse or is released to a carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Level 7 is not responsible for carrier delays, freight damage, or shipping disruptions once the product has been released to the shipping provider.

6. Final Sales Policy

Due to the professional and special-order nature of audio and video equipment:

All confirmed orders are final.
Deposits are non-refundable once inventory is secured.

7. Warranty

Products are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
Level 7 does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Level 7 shall not be liable for improper installation, misuse, modification, or third-party integration errors.

Under no circumstances shall Level 7’s liability exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
