Returns & Refunds policy
Effective Date: 2/14/2026
Due to the professional and special-order nature of audio and video equipment, the following refund terms apply:
1. Final Sale on System Packages
All system packages, large equipment orders, and custom configurations are final sale once inventory has been secured.
Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to inventory reservation.
Once inventory has been allocated or ordered, cancellations are not permitted.
3. Shipping & Freight Damage
If shipping is arranged:
• Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.
• Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours.
• Freight damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Level 7 is not responsible for damage occurring during third-party transportation.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s policies.
5. Special Circumstances
Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Level 7.
